Gallery View
A visual card grid where each record appears as a card with a cover image. Ideal for visual content like products, team members, properties, or portfolio items.

How it works
- TinyTables automatically detects File Upload columns with images
- The first image in the file field becomes the card's cover image
- Visible fields appear below the image
- Click any card to expand the full record
Common uses
- Product catalog (product photo + name + price)
- Team directory (headshots + name + role)
- Real estate listings (property photo + address + price)
- Portfolio showcase (project image + title + description)
- Inventory with images
Tip
Use consistent image aspect ratios for a clean grid. Square (1:1) or landscape (16:9) images work best as cover images.
View-specific settings
Each view has its own independent filter, sort, group, and hidden field settings. Changing settings in one view doesn't affect other views.
Creating a new view
- Click the + button next to the view tabs
- Select the view type
- Configure the view-specific settings
- Name the view (e.g., "My Tasks", "This Week", "Pipeline")
You can create multiple views of the same type. For example, three different Kanban views stacked by different fields.
Sharing views
Views can be shared individually:
- Share link: send a link to a specific view
- Embed: embed a specific view on a website
- Permissions: control who can see/edit each view
