Date & Time

Full date with optional time component. Displays a calendar picker.

Use for: Created dates, due dates, event dates, appointment times.

Time

Time only, no date. Displays an hour:minute picker.

Use for: Daily schedules, operating hours, shift times.

System date columns (read-only)

ColumnDescription
Created TimeAutomatically set when the record is created
Last Modified TimeAutomatically updated on every edit

These are read-only. They update automatically and cannot be manually edited.

Tip

Use Created Time and Last Modified Time system columns for audit trails. They're free, automatic, and can't be accidentally modified.

Adding columns

  1. Click the + button at the end of the column header row
  2. Select the column type from the dropdown
  3. Name the column
  4. Configure type-specific settings
  5. The column appears in the grid

Column operations

Right-click any column header for operations:

  • Sort ascending/descending
  • Hide column (per-view)
  • Freeze column (pin to left)
  • Resize column width
  • Change type (with data conversion)
  • Delete column
  • Insert column left/right
