Conservative estimate: we used each tool's mid-tier plan. Real-world spend is usually higher.
How the math works
Each tool's monthly price is its publicly listed small-team plan, not the cheapest entry tier, not the enterprise quote. Mid-tier, the way teams actually pay.
The calculator prices forms + tables + workflows + agents + email, each replacing a specialist. Discovery, enrichment, portals, SEO and AI visibility sit on the same platform. The savings come from the bundle, not from being a cheaper Zapier.
No more juggling five vendor invoices, five admin consoles, five sets of API keys. Move faster because everything's already wired together.
FAQ
Tick the tools you currently subscribe to. We add up their typical small-team monthly prices and compare against TinyCommand's $49/mo Professional plan, which puts forms, tables with enrichment, workflows, AI agents, and email on one bill. Enrichment uses credits per record.
Yes, each price reflects the publicly listed small-team / professional tier of that vendor as of May 2026. We pick the mid-tier (Plus, Pro, Team), not the cheapest entry plan or the most expensive enterprise plan, to keep the comparison honest. If a vendor changed their pricing, it'll be slightly off, but the gap is so wide it doesn't change the conclusion.
It replaces the everyday job each one does for small teams. TinyForms covers form capture (Typeform / Jotform / Tally). TinyTables stores and enriches data (Airtable + Clay / Apollo), with enrichment billed in credits per record. TinyWorkflows handles automation (Zapier / Make / n8n), including emails sent the moment a trigger fires. TinyAgents runs AI tasks (Lindy / Gumloop / direct API spend). TinyCampaigns handles broadcast email (Mailchimp / Brevo); multi-day drip sequences aren't part of it today, and there's no transactional sending API today, so high-volume receipts and password resets aren't part of it either. For teams under 50 people doing standard ops work, the bundle covers the everyday job.
If you're a power user with a very specific edge requirement, TinyCommand may not cover it today; check that tool's comparison page for the honest limits first. TinyCommand is built for SMB/ops teams who'd rather pay one bill and ship faster than maintain five separate tools. Most teams don't use the long-tail features anyway. They pay for them.
Professional comes with 50,000 credits, up to 10 seats, 5 workspaces and custom AI agent creation. All 458 integrations come on every plan, including Free. TinyCommand is 11 products on one platform (TinyDiscovery, TinyEnricher, TinyForms, TinyTables, TinyWorkflows, TinyAgents, TinyCampaigns, TinyEmails, TinyPortal, TinySEO, TinyAnswers). Discovery and enrichment use credits per record on every plan, and SEO and AI visibility need a paid plan (Free gets a 7-day trial). Free and Basic ($19/mo) plans are available for solo founders and lighter usage; neither includes custom AI agent creation. See the full pricing page for details.
There is no one-click importer for those tools. You can import a CSV or Excel file into TinyTables, or have our team rebuild your setup for you (live within a week). Start free, no card needed.
Your data exports cleanly: any table, including the one your form responses land in, downloads as CSV, Excel or PDF. Workflows can't be exported as files today, so moving them to another tool means rebuilding them there. We'd rather keep you by being good enough that you don't want to leave.
Zapier is one product in this list: workflow automation. TinyCommand is 11 products on one platform. The savings come from the bundle, not from being a cheaper Zapier.
