8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these third-party sites.

9. Google Workspace APIs and Limited Use

The Service connects to Google Workspace APIs — including the Gmail API — only when you choose to authorize that connection from within a TinyCommand workflow. When you grant TinyCommand access to your Google account, we receive only the data necessary to perform the actions you have configured, such as sending an email on your behalf, listing messages, deleting a message, or creating a draft.

Limited Use compliance.TinyCommand's use and transfer of any information received from Google APIs, including raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs, will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular:

  • We use Google Workspace API data solely to provide or improve the user-facing features that are prominent in TinyCommand's interface (for example, the Send Email, List Emails, Delete an Email, and Create a Draft nodes inside a workflow).
  • We do not transfer Google Workspace API data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve those user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to affected users.
  • We do not use Google Workspace API data to serve advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google Workspace API data unless we have obtained your explicit consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or our use of the data is for internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
  • No AI/ML training on Google data. Data received from Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train any generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning model. Google Workspace API data is not sent to any third-party AI provider, whether for training or inference.

You can revoke TinyCommand's access to your Google account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions or by disconnecting the integration from your TinyCommand workspace settings.

10. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Several TinyCommand features use artificial intelligence and machine learning, including AI Agents, AI form actions, and the Vision document reading capability (collectively, "AI Features"). To give you complete transparency about how these features process your data:

  • Self-hosted models.TinyCommand operates self-hosted AI models — including Ollama-based open-weights models — on infrastructure we own and control. Customer data processed by these self-hosted models stays within TinyCommand's infrastructure and is not transmitted to any third-party AI provider.
  • Third-party AI providers. Certain AI Features rely on third-party AI providers, specifically Google Gemini and OpenAI, each identified as a sub-processor of TinyCommand. Customer data is sent to these providers only when you have configured a workflow or agent that uses them, and only as strictly necessary to fulfill your request.
  • No training on your data. We do not use your data to train our self-hosted models, and we do not authorize our third-party AI providers to train their models on your data. As noted in Section 9, data received from Google Workspace APIs is never used to train or improve any AI or machine learning model.
  • Output review. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for any decision with legal, financial, medical, or other significant effects.
