Views

Views are different ways to look at the same data. Each view can have its own filters, sorts, groups, and hidden fields without affecting other views.

Grid view (default)

The spreadsheet-like view. Features:

  • Virtual scrolling: handles thousands of rows smoothly
  • Column resize: drag column borders to adjust width
  • Column reorder: drag column headers to rearrange
  • Column freeze: pin columns to the left side
  • Row height: 4 levels (compact, short, medium, tall)
  • Text wrap: 3 modes (clip, wrap, expand)
  • Cell selection: click, shift-click, drag to select ranges
  • Keyboard navigation: arrow keys, Tab, Enter
  • Context menu: right-click for row/column operations
  • Expand record: click the expand icon to see full record detail

Kanban view

Cards grouped by a Single Select or Dropdown field. Perfect for pipeline management (sales stages, project status, task boards).

Tip

Create multiple views of the same table for different purposes, e.g., a Grid view for data entry, a Kanban view for pipeline management, and a Calendar view for scheduling. Each view has independent filter/sort settings.
