TinyEmails includes AI-powered features to help you write better emails faster. Generate subject lines, get content suggestions, adjust tone, and optimize send timing.
AI Subject Line Generator
Generate compelling subject lines from your email content:
- Write your email body first
- Click AI → Generate Subject Lines in the toolbar
- The AI analyzes your content and suggests 5 subject lines
- Click any suggestion to use it, or regenerate for more options
Subject line styles

AI Content Suggestions
Get help writing email body copy:
- Add a Text or Rich Text block
- Click the AI sparkle icon (or type
/ai) - Choose an action:

Tone Adjustment
Change the tone of your email content:
- Select the text you want to adjust
- Click AI → Adjust Tone
- Choose a tone:

The AI rewrites the selected text in the chosen tone while preserving the core message.
Smart Send Time
AI recommends the optimal send time based on your audience data:
- Go to the email's Send settings
- Click AI → Suggest Send Time
- The AI analyzes your past email performance (open rates, click rates by time of day)
- It suggests the best time to send for maximum engagement
This feature requires at least 100 previous email sends with engagement data.
AI in workflows
When using TinyEmails templates in workflows, combine with AI nodes:
Trigger → TinyGPT (personalize content based on user data) →
