Side Tab Embed
A small tab sticks to the side edge of the page (left or right). Click it to expand and show the form. The tab is always visible as the user scrolls.
Setup
- Publish → Share → Embed → Side Tab
- Configure:

| Tab orientation | Vertical text |
- Copy embed code and paste in your website
When to use
- Persistent feedback forms
- Always-available support forms
- Bug report forms on product pages
- NPS/satisfaction surveys
Tip
Use a short, action-oriented tab label: "Feedback", "Help", "Report Bug". Long labels don't fit well on a vertical tab.
