Zoom
Spin up Zoom meetings from any workflow
Zoom on Tiny Command is the meeting-lifecycle utility, action-only by design. Seven actions cover the span from scheduling to recording retrieval: Create Meeting (with passcode, waiting room, alternative hosts, and registration options), Update Meeting for last-minute changes, Delete Meeting for cancellations, Get Meeting for current state, List Meetings to see what's on the connected user's calendar, and List Recordings for post-meeting cloud-recording access (useful when a downstream workflow wants the transcript or video file). List Users covers admin scenarios like seat assignment audits. The integration uses Zoom's OAuth, scoped to the meetings the connected user owns or has been added to as an alternative host. Common use: a Calendly booking triggers Create Meeting with the invitee's details, drops the join URL into a Slack DM, and a separate workflow runs nightly against List Recordings to push transcripts into Notion or a Google Drive folder.
Do anything Zoom can do, from a workflow.
Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's an AI output, a form field, or a search result.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create Meeting | Schedules a new Zoom meeting with topic, start time, duration, password, waiting-room, and recording settings. Returns the join URL and host URL. |
| Delete Meeting | Deletes a Zoom meeting by ID, optionally notifying registrants/hosts. Used to clean up cancellations propagated from a calendar or booking tool. |
| Get Meeting | Returns details of a specific Zoom meeting: topic, start time, duration, agenda, join_url, and recording info. The standard read after a trigger fires with a meeting ID. |
| List Meetings | Lists upcoming, live, and past Zoom meetings for the authenticated user. Used for daily agenda emails or for prep-doc generation. |
| List Recordings | Lists cloud recordings for the authenticated user with download URLs. Use to mirror recordings into S3/Drive, transcribe, or generate AI summaries. |
| List Users | Lists all users in the Zoom account with email, type, and status. Required first step for any cross-user automation; needs an account-level OAuth app with the right scopes. |
| Update Meeting | Updates an existing Zoom meeting's topic, start time, duration, agenda, or settings. Only the fields you pass are changed. |

Three things worth knowing.
Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.
Connect Zoom once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.
Every Zoom field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.
