Team & Roles
Manage who has access to your workspace and what they can do.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything: billing, settings, member management, all CRUD operations |
| Admin | Manage members, create/edit/delete all assets, view all data |
| Editor | Create and edit assets (workflows, forms, tables, etc.), cannot manage members |
| Viewer | View assets and data only, cannot create or edit |
Inviting members
- Go to More → Members
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select a role
- Click Send Invite
The invitee receives an email with a link to join the workspace.
Managing members
| Action | How |
|---|---|
| Change role | Click the role dropdown next to their name |
| Remove member | Click the remove/delete button |
| View activity | Check Execution History for their workflow runs |
Workspace settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Workspace name | Display name for the workspace |
| Default timezone | Used for schedule triggers and date displays |
| Workspace ID | Unique identifier (used in API calls) |
Note
Connections (App Authorizations) are workspace-level: they're shared across all members. An admin connecting Slack makes it available to everyone's workflows.
Warning
Removing a member doesn't delete their assets. Workflows and forms they created remain in the workspace. Transfer ownership before removing key members.
