Team & Roles

Manage who has access to your workspace and what they can do.

Roles

OwnerEverything: billing, settings, member management, all CRUD operations
AdminManage members, create/edit/delete all assets, view all data
EditorCreate and edit assets (workflows, forms, tables, etc.), cannot manage members
ViewerView assets and data only, cannot create or edit

Inviting members

  1. Go to More → Members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Click Send Invite

The invitee receives an email with a link to join the workspace.

Workspace settings

Note

Connections (App Authorizations) are workspace-level: they're shared across all members. An admin connecting Slack makes it available to everyone's workflows.

Warning

Removing a member doesn't delete their assets. Workflows and forms they created remain in the workspace. Transfer ownership before removing key members.
