Notifications
Control what TinyCommand notifies you about, how frequently, and through which channel. Configure separately for each product: workflows, forms, tables, and team activity.
Accessing notification settings
Go to Settings → Notifications (or click your avatar → Notification Preferences).
Notification channels

Workflow notifications

Form notifications

Table notifications

Watching tables and fields
To get notifications for specific data changes:
- Open the table
- Click Watch (eye icon) in the toolbar
- Choose what to watch:
- All changes: every row created, updated, or deleted
- New rows only: only new row creations
- Specific fields: only when selected fields change
Team & account notifications

Digest settings
Instead of individual notifications, you can receive digests:

| Weekly summary | Monday morning | All notifications from the past week |
To enable digests:
- Go to Settings → Notifications → Digest
- Toggle on Daily or Weekly
- Choose the delivery time
When digests are enabled, individual email notifications for included events are suppressed (in-app notifications still appear in real time).
Per-workflow overrides
You can override notification settings for specific workflows:
- Open the workflow
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Under Notifications, override the defaults
This lets you get email alerts for critical production workflows while keeping others on in-app only.
Set critical production workflows to Email notifications for failures, and keep development/test workflows on In-app only. This prevents alert fatigue while ensuring you never miss a production issue.
Notification preferences are per-user. Each team member configures their own settings independently. Workspace admins cannot force notification settings on team members.
