AI reads every application first. A human decides every application. Both, always.
Admissions committees don't need a faster decision, they need less time spent getting to the decision. Applicants submit their transcripts and statement of purpose through one form. An AI pre-screen returns a fit score, a recommendation, and a short summary, all written back onto the application row. Your officer opens a secure Slack review with the summary and the documents in one place and clicks Accept or Reject. The matching email is sent immediately. The AI has no vote.

Installing provisions each one, wired together and ready to run.
Intake for a program: applicant details, transcripts, supporting documents, statement of purpose. Publishing it auto-creates the response sheet, which the workflow extends with ai_score, recommendation, ai_summary, and decision.
Sent automatically the moment the admissions officer accepts.
Sent automatically when the application isn't accepted, written to be respectful and encouraging.
Fires on each new application. Runs the advisory AI pre-screen, logs it to the row, routes the summary and documents to the committee in Slack for the human accept/reject call, and sends the matching email.
You connect your own accounts. Swap any app that offers an alternative at install.
Routes each screened application to the admissions committee for the final human accept/reject call. Swap for Telegram.
Sends the acceptance or decision email to the applicant. Swap for Brevo.
A prospective student submits the Program Application: their details, transcripts, supporting documents, and a statement of purpose. Publishing the form auto-creates its response sheet, so every application is captured with no setup on your side and nothing arrives as a loose email attachment.
A TinyGPT step reads the applicant's program, GPA, and statement of purpose against the admission criteria you set at install, and returns three things: an ai_score from 0 to 100 for fit, a recommendation of advance, review, or decline, and a short ai_summary. It is bias-aware by design. It never auto-rejects. It never makes the call.
The score, recommendation, and summary are written straight back onto the same application row, alongside a decision of pending. One row per applicant, holding the application, the AI's read, and (shortly) the outcome. No second sheet to reconcile at the end of the cycle.
A human-in-the-loop step sends the AI summary and the document links to your admissions committee in Slack. The officer opens the secure review link and clicks Accept or Reject. This is the only place a decision is made, and a person makes it. Swap Slack for Telegram, Discord, or Google Chat at install.
The row's decision is updated and the matching email goes out on its own, an Acceptance, or a Decision Notice written to be respectful and encouraging rather than a form rejection. Applicants hear back the same day the committee decides.
Everything it creates is an ordinary form, table and workflow in your workspace. Edit any of it after install. Nothing is locked.
