Personalized partner outreach that follows up until someone replies

Personalized outreach that follows up on its own, and stops the moment someone replies.

Add a brand you want to work with. The company gets enriched, AI writes a genuinely tailored first email from real data, and a daily sequence follows up until they reply. A reply stops the sequence immediately, gets categorized, and (if they're interested) lands in front of your partnerships team.

What gets built

4 things appear in your workspace.

Installing provisions each one, wired together and ready to run.

FormAdd Partner Prospect

Add a brand you want to partner with. Publishing it auto-creates the Partnership Prospects response sheet, the single system of record. Submission enriches the company and sends the first personalized email.

WorkflowSend Initial Outreach

Enriches the prospect's company via Hunter, generates the personalized first email with AI, sends it, and advances them to step 1 of the sequence.

WorkflowFollow-Up Sequence

Runs daily. Finds contacted prospects who haven't replied and are due for the next touch, writes a shorter personalized nudge with AI, sends it, and advances their step, until the configured touch limit.

WorkflowDetect Replies

Watches the outreach inbox, matches each sender against a known prospect, marks them replied, and has AI categorize the reply, routing interested ones straight to partnerships.

Outreach Email
Gmail *

Sends the personalized outreach and follow-up emails, and detects replies via the Gmail email-received trigger.

Enrichment
Hunter

Finds a key decision-maker contact (name, title, email) at each prospect's company to sharpen personalization.

Reply Notification
Slack *

Alerts the partnerships (business development) team the moment AI categorizes a reply as interested, with an AI summary. Swap for Telegram or Discord.

How it works

Step by step, once it is running.

  1. 01
    Add a Prospect

Drop a target brand into the Add Partner Prospect form along with the fit hook, why the two of you make sense together. It's logged straight to the Partnership Prospects pipeline, which is the form's own response sheet.

  2. 02
    Enrich and Personalize

Hunter fills in the company's industry and size, then AI writes a genuinely tailored opener using only real data, never invented details. That constraint is deliberate: a fabricated compliment does more damage than a generic one.

  3. 03
    First Email Goes Out

The personalized email sends through Gmail and the prospect advances to step 1 of the sequence.

  4. 04
    Follow-Ups Run Automatically

A daily schedule finds prospects who haven't replied and are due a touch, then sends a shorter personalized nudge, up to the number of touches you configured. Nobody keeps a follow-up spreadsheet.

  5. 05
    Replies Stop the Sequence

When a prospect replies, the Detect Replies workflow marks them replied and no further follow-ups go out. Nobody gets chased after they've already answered.

  6. 06
AI Categorizes and Routes the Reply

AI reads the reply and categorizes it as interested, not-interested, needs-info, or other, saving the category to the pipeline. Interested replies are routed straight to your partnerships team in Slack with an AI summary; the other categories just update the record, which is what keeps the alerts worth opening.

What you walk away with
FAQ

Questions about Brand Partnership Outreach.

What do I have to connect?
Gmail and Slack are required. Gmail sends the outreach and detects replies through the email-received trigger, and Slack alerts your partnerships team when a reply is categorized as interested. Hunter is optional and only powers the enrichment step.
What happens if I skip Hunter?
The recipe still runs. Hunter finds a named decision-maker at each prospect's company so the first email can reference a real person. Without it, personalization falls back to the company details and the fit hook you entered on the form.
How does it know when to stop emailing someone?
Replies stop the sequence. Gmail's email-received trigger watches for a response, and the moment one arrives the follow-up sequence for that prospect ends. Nobody keeps getting nudged after they have already answered you.
Can I control the follow-up spacing?
Yes. followup_gap_days sets how long to wait between touches and sequence_send_hour sets what time of day the sequence sends. Both are configured at install and editable later, along with the sender name and your brand voice notes.
Does the AI make things up about the prospect?
It is restricted to the enriched data and what you typed on the form. The pitch is built from real company details and your stated proposal rather than invented specifics, which is what keeps a personalized opener from reading as a fake one.
