Zoho Billing

Zoho Billing subscription management

Zoho Billing (formerly Zoho Subscriptions) is the recurring-billing product inside Zoho's suite — manages subscription plans, customer subscriptions, automated invoicing, dunning, and revenue recognition. Used by SaaS and subscription-based businesses, especially those already on Zoho CRM/Books. Tiny Command exposes three actions, no triggers (Zoho Billing emits subscription-state-change webhooks configured in admin; point at a Tiny Command webhook trigger URL): Create Customer (the billing customer record, distinct from CRM contact — billing-side has payment-method, billing-address, currency), Create Subscription (start a subscription against a plan with the customer and configurable trial/start date), List Subscriptions (filterable by status, customer, plan). The connection uses Zoho OAuth at ZohoBilling scope. The Create Subscription pattern is the standard onboarding workflow shape: when a customer completes signup checkout (via Stripe, PayPal, or Zoho's own checkout), Create Subscription in Zoho Billing to start the recurring billing cycle, attach the payment method for auto-charge, schedule the trial period if applicable.

Actions

Do anything Zoho Billing can do, from a workflow.

Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's an AI output, a form field, or a search result.

ActionWhat it does
Create CustomerCreates a new customer in Zoho Billing (formerly Zoho Subscriptions) with billing and shipping details, currency, and tax info. Required before creating a subscription.

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Filter at the trigger

Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.

Authorize once, reuse anywhere

Connect Zoho Billing once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.

No JSON to read

Every Zoho Billing field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.
