Tiny Command exposes three actions, no triggers (Deel webhooks for contract-status-changed, invoice-created, payroll-completed events are configured in admin; point at a Tiny Command webhook trigger URL): List People (everyone in the Deel workspace — contractors, EOR employees, direct employees), List Contracts (contracts with people; status, type, compensation), List Invoices (the contractor-issued invoices that drive payouts). The connection uses a Deel API key from organisation settings. Most Deel workflows are reading state for sync purposes — pushing the contractor roster into BambooHR, syncing invoice totals to accounting, watching for new hires to trigger laptop provisioning. Deel's actual hire-and-pay actions are gated behind their UI for compliance reasons; the API is intentionally read-heavy.
