Rows

Rows modern spreadsheet automation

Rows is the modern cloud spreadsheet built for analysts and growth teams — Excel/Sheets-style but with native API integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, etc.) usable directly in cell formulas, plus AI-assisted formulas and a database-like data model. Tiny Command exposes three actions, no triggers (Rows has webhook configuration per-spreadsheet for cell-change events; point at a Tiny Command webhook trigger URL): List Spreadsheets (every Rows spreadsheet the user can access), List Rows (return rows from a specific spreadsheet with optional range), Append Row (add a row to the bottom of a spreadsheet — the standard "log this event to a Rows tab" pattern). The connection uses a Rows API key from User Settings → API tokens. Rows is popular with growth/RevOps teams who want a spreadsheet that can pull data from Salesforce/HubSpot/Stripe natively without separate ETL — the in-formula API integrations replace what would have been a Python sync script.

Actions

Do anything Rows can do, from a workflow.

Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's an AI output, a form field, or a search result.

ActionWhat it does
Append Row to Rows TableAdds a row to a Rows table with column-keyed values. For "log this event to a tracking table" workflows in growth/RevOps teams using Rows.
List Rows RecordsReturns rows from a Rows table. For sync workflows or for "read this config from Rows" lookups.
List Rows SpreadsheetsReturns the user's spreadsheets with table count. Useful for resolving spreadsheet IDs at workflow setup.

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Filter at the trigger

Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.

Authorize once, reuse anywhere

Connect Rows once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.

No JSON to read

Every Rows field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.

FAQ

Questions about the Rows integration.

If we missed yours, ping support. We usually reply within an hour.

How do I connect Rows to Tiny Command?
Open the Tiny Command workflow builder, drop in a Rows node, and click Connect. Authorize Rows once and any workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. Most teams finish the connection in under two minutes.
What Rows triggers does Tiny Command support?
Tiny Command focuses on outbound actions for Rows today. Use Tiny Command's universal Webhook or Schedule trigger to start Rows workflows, then run any Rows action you need.
What Rows actions can I run from a workflow?
3 Rows actions are available out of the box, covering spreadsheets & databases operations like "Append Row to Rows Table". Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's a search result, an AI output, or a form field.
Is the Rows integration real-time?
Rows actions execute synchronously inside your workflow. Tiny Command waits for Rows's API to confirm before continuing to the next step, so downstream nodes can rely on the result.
Do I need to write code to use Rows with Tiny Command?
No. Every Rows trigger and action is fully configurable from the visual workflow builder. For edge cases that aren't covered, drop in a custom HTTP node and call any Rows API endpoint directly.
How much does the Rows integration cost?
There's a free tier you can start on without a credit card. Higher run volumes and team features come with paid plans. The Rows integration itself has no per-app surcharge.
