Tiny Command exposes three actions, no triggers (Qualtrics emits survey-response events via webhooks configured per-survey in admin Workflows; point at a Tiny Command webhook trigger URL for "react to survey response" workflows): List Surveys (every survey in the connected workspace with metadata), Create Contact List (the mailing list for survey distribution — provision a list with contacts, then distribute), Email Survey Distribution (send the survey via Qualtrics's email distribution to a contact list with configurable email template and tracking). The connection uses a Qualtrics API token from Account Settings → Qualtrics IDs plus the datacenter ID (the prefix in your Qualtrics URL — fra1.qualtrics.com, ca1.qualtrics.com, etc.). The Email Distribution path is the standard automation for "send the customer NPS survey to everyone who closed a ticket this week" workflows.
