Pardot
Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) B2B
Pardot (rebranded as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement in 2022) is Salesforce's B2B marketing-automation platform — bundled deeply with Salesforce CRM, used by mid-market and enterprise B2B orgs already running Salesforce. Tiny Command exposes three actions, no triggers (Pardot has no native outbound webhooks; for trigger-style workflows, use Salesforce Flow triggers off the Pardot-CRM-synced Lead/Contact objects instead): Create Prospect (push a new lead into Pardot with email, name, custom fields), Upsert Prospect (by Email) (the standard dedupe pattern — email match updates, no match creates), Add Prospect to List (the trigger for downstream Pardot Engagement Studio enrollment). The connection uses Salesforce OAuth (Pardot lives inside the Salesforce auth model now) plus the Pardot business unit ID. Pardot's grading and scoring (the qualification signals it pushes to Salesforce CRM as Lead Grade A-D + numeric score 0-100) are the core mechanism that flows from this side into the sales workflow.
Do anything Pardot can do, from a workflow.
Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's an AI output, a form field, or a search result.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add Pardot Prospect to List | Subscribes a prospect to a Pardot Static List — the typical trigger for Engagement Studio programs. The cross-system hand-off into Pardot nurture. |
| Create Pardot Prospect | Adds a new prospect to the Pardot CRM (now Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). For "form submission → push to Pardot" sync workflows in Salesforce-centric B2B orgs. |
| Upsert Pardot Prospect (by Email) | Email-based dedupe — create or update in one call. The base hook for idempotent "external lead source → reflect in Pardot" sync. |

Three things worth knowing.
Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.
Connect Pardot once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.
Every Pardot field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.
