Mautic is the open-source marketing automation platform (self-hosted or vendor-hosted) and Tiny Command exposes five behaviour triggers that match how Mautic models the lead lifecycle: Contact Created, Contact Updated, Email Opened, Form Submitted, and Page Visited. Two actions cover the writes and reads: Create Contact (insert with custom fields, tags, and segment membership) and List Contacts (paginated query with filter expressions). Because Mautic instances live anywhere from a self-hosted DigitalOcean droplet to a managed Acquia install, the connection takes a base URL plus OAuth2 or basic auth credentials. Page Visited is the unique-to-Mautic trigger — it fires when the Mautic tracking script logs a known contact hitting a tracked page, which is the integration hook for behavioural lead scoring across Mautic and a third-party CRM. Email Opened fires once per recipient per email (subsequent opens don''t re-fire), so downstream automation reads it as a one-shot engagement signal rather than an open-counter.
