HeySummit

HeySummit virtual summit registration

HeySummit is the virtual-summit platform purpose-built for multi-speaker online events — used by creators and SaaS companies for sponsored virtual summits with sequential talks, speaker pages, attendee networking. Tiny Command exposes three actions, no triggers (HeySummit emits attendance and registration events via webhooks configured in admin; point at a Tiny Command webhook trigger URL): List Events (every event/summit on the connected account), List Attendees (paginated registrations for a specific event), Register Attendee (programmatically register someone — useful for "register this lead from a partner promo into the summit" workflows). The connection uses a HeySummit API key from account settings. The Register Attendee action is the workhorse for partner-promo workflows — a partner brings their email list, registrations from the partner's source flow through automation that captures them into the summit's attendee list, attributes them to the partner for revenue share, and triggers welcome sequences. HeySummit's data model has Summits → Talks → Attendees with engagement tracked per talk for post-event sponsor reporting.

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Filter at the trigger

Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.

Authorize once, reuse anywhere

Connect HeySummit once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.

No JSON to read

Every HeySummit field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.
