Greenhouse

Greenhouse ATS candidate and pipeline

Greenhouse is the enterprise applicant-tracking system used by mid-market and large companies to run structured hiring pipelines — sourced candidates, application reviews, interview scheduling, scorecards, offer letters, all hooked into the org's CRM and HR systems. Tiny Command exposes four actions, no triggers (Greenhouse Webhooks are configured per-organisation in admin settings; point at a Tiny Command webhook trigger URL for candidate-created, application-stage-changed, hired events): List Jobs (open requisitions with filters by department, office, status), List Candidates (with filter by source, status, recent activity), Create Candidate (push a sourced candidate into Greenhouse with attributes, recently-active flag, and optional initial application), Move Application to Stage (advance or move backwards a candidate's application in the pipeline). The connection uses a Greenhouse Harvest API key from Configure → Dev Center → API Credential Management. Permissions on the key control which endpoints work — read-only keys for reporting workflows, read+write for source/move workflows.

Actions

Do anything Greenhouse can do, from a workflow.

Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's an AI output, a form field, or a search result.

ActionWhat it does
Create Greenhouse CandidatePushes a sourced candidate with email, name, optional initial application against a job, source attribution. For "LinkedIn Sales Navigator → push prospect to Greenhouse for the recruiter" sourcing workflows.
List Greenhouse CandidatesPaginated candidates with filters by source, status, recently active. For "yesterday's advancements" daily hiring-manager digests.
List Greenhouse JobsReturns open requisitions with team, location, status. Useful for "auto-post to careers page" sync workflows and for routing inbound applications to the right job posting.
Move Application to StageTransitions an application to a new pipeline stage. For "scorecard passed → auto-advance to next stage" workflows or for "bulk-reject after deadline" maintenance.

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Filter at the trigger

Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.

Authorize once, reuse anywhere

Connect Greenhouse once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.

No JSON to read

Every Greenhouse field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.
