Trafft
Trafft service-business booking automation
Trafft is the service-business booking and scheduling platform — built for salons, spas, fitness studios, consultants, and other appointment-based businesses to manage staff schedules, customer bookings, payments, and reminders. Tiny Command exposes three actions, no triggers (Trafft webhooks for appointment-booked, appointment-cancelled events are configured in admin Integrations; point at a Tiny Command webhook trigger URL): List Services (every service offered by the business — service category, duration, price), List Appointments (paginated bookings with filters by date, service, staff, status), Create Appointment (book a customer for a service with a specific staff member at a specific time — useful for "auto-book the standard kickoff call when a new client signs the contract" workflows). The connection uses Trafft API credentials. Trafft's domain model is service-business specific: services have configured durations and prices, staff have schedules with availability windows, customers can book themselves online or staff can book on their behalf.
Do anything Trafft can do, from a workflow.
Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's an AI output, a form field, or a search result.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create Appointment | Creates a new Trafft appointment for a customer against a service, employee, and time slot. Used to back office-create bookings or sync from another scheduling tool. |
| List Appointments | Lists appointments in the Trafft workspace, filtered by date range, service, or employee. Use for daily-roster emails or for warehouse exports. |
| List Services | Lists the services that can be booked in this Trafft workspace along with their duration and price. Use it to build a service picker. |

Three things worth knowing.
Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.
Connect Trafft once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.
Every Trafft field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.
