SignWell
SignWell straightforward e-signature
SignWell (formerly Docsketch) is the SMB-focused e-signature platform — Dropbox Sign-class functionality at lower pricing, popular with freelancers, small agencies, and SMBs that don't need DocuSign's enterprise features. Tiny Command exposes three actions, no triggers (SignWell emits document-signed and document-completed events via webhooks configured in admin; point at a Tiny Command webhook trigger URL): Send Document for Signature (upload a PDF, configure signers with names and emails and signing order, send), Get Document (current state including per-signer status), List Documents (paginated history with filters by status). The connection uses a SignWell API key from API settings. SignWell uses a "send-and-track" model — upload the PDF or reference a template, specify where signatures go (or use templates with pre-placed signature fields), and SignWell sends the email and tracks completion. The signed PDF is downloadable via Get Document once all signers complete.
Do anything SignWell can do, from a workflow.
Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's an AI output, a form field, or a search result.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Get SignWell Document | Returns the document with per-signer status, audit trail, and download URLs. The standard lookup for completion-polling workflows. |
| List SignWell Documents | Paginated documents with status filter. For "outstanding signatures >7 days" reminder workflows. |
| SignWell Send Document | Sends a document to signers with configured order. For SMB e-signature workflows where SignWell's simpler pricing fits. |

Three things worth knowing.
Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.
Connect SignWell once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.
Every SignWell field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.
