PandaDoc
PandaDoc proposal and contract workflows
PandaDoc is the proposal-and-contract platform that competes with DocuSign on the document-creation side — its templates support rich layouts, dynamic pricing tables, and conditional content alongside the signature-collection workflow. Tiny Command exposes five actions, no triggers (PandaDoc emits document state-change events via webhooks configured in the dashboard; point them at a Tiny Command webhook trigger for "proposal viewed", "document signed", "document declined" workflows): Create Document from Template (the primary creation path — reference a saved template ID, fill recipient role mappings and merge variables, returns a document ID), Send Document (transitions a draft to sent, recipients get the email), Get Document Status (the current state plus per-recipient progress), List Documents (paginated, with filters by status, template, date range), Download Document PDF (the final signed PDF once status is completed). The connection uses a PandaDoc API key from API & Integrations settings; sandbox vs production is per-key.
Do anything PandaDoc can do, from a workflow.
Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's an AI output, a form field, or a search result.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create PandaDoc Document | Creates a document from a saved template with role mappings, merge variables, pricing-table data. For "deal qualified → auto-generate the proposal from template" workflows. |
| Download PandaDoc PDF | Returns the signed PDF once the document is completed. For "all signers complete → fetch signed PDF for archival" workflows. |
| Get PandaDoc Document Status | Returns current state plus per-recipient progress. The lookup before downloading the signed PDF or for polling completion workflows. |
| List PandaDoc Documents | Paginated documents with filters by status, template, date. For "all outstanding signatures >7 days old" reminder workflows. |
| Send PandaDoc Document | Transitions a draft to sent, triggering the per-recipient email. The standard "review complete → send to client for signature" workflow step. |

Three things worth knowing.
Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.
Connect PandaDoc once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.
Every PandaDoc field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.
