Nine actions cover the subscriber lifecycle and content delivery: Find Subscriber by Name, Find Subscriber by Phone, Get Subscriber (full subscriber record), Add Tag to Subscriber, Remove Tag from Subscriber, List Subscribers by Tag, Send Content to Subscriber (a one-shot message), Send Flow to Subscriber (kick off a multi-step automation). The integration uses a ManyChat API key from your account settings. The integration is mostly tag-driven, mirroring ManyChat's own segmentation model, most workflow logic resolves to "tag this subscriber, let the ManyChat flow handle the next steps." Common pattern: a Shopify Order Completed fires Add Tag to Subscriber with the product purchased, which triggers a ManyChat flow that sends an Instagram DM with order tracking.
