Hubstaff
Hubstaff team time and productivity tracking
Hubstaff is the time-tracking-with-screenshots platform — popular with remote-first agencies and companies that bill clients hourly and want verifiable evidence of work (Hubstaff captures periodic screenshots of the worker's screen as proof). Tiny Command exposes two actions, no triggers (Hubstaff webhooks for time-entry events are configured per-organisation; point at a Tiny Command webhook trigger URL): List Projects (every project across organisations the user has access to), List Activities (paginated time entries with associated project, task, user, billable flag, optional screenshot URLs). The connection uses a Hubstaff API token from User Settings → API tokens. The activity-with-screenshot model is the differentiator — for client-billable hours where the client wants proof of work, Hubstaff produces a defensible record. For workflows that pull billable hours into invoicing systems, the standard pattern is: weekly automation pulls last week's activities filtered by billable=true, aggregates by client project, generates invoices in Xero/QuickBooks with the hours.
Do anything Hubstaff can do, from a workflow.
Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's an AI output, a form field, or a search result.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| List Hubstaff Activities | Returns paginated time entries with project, task, user, billable flag, optional screenshot URLs. For "weekly billable rollup per client → invoice" workflows. |
| List Hubstaff Projects | Returns every project across organisations the user can access. Useful for resolving project IDs at workflow setup. |

Three things worth knowing.
Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.
Connect Hubstaff once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.
Every Hubstaff field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.
