AI support ticket routing, straight into Slack

Stop triaging tickets by hand. Every incoming support request is read by GPT, scored for category and priority, then routed automatically — urgent tickets ping your #support-urgent channel while everything else lands in #support-general. No ticket sits unseen.

FAQ

Questions about the ticket router.

Is this support ticket router free?
Yes. You can build and run the full workflow — webhook intake, AI classification, urgent-vs-general branching, and Slack routing — on the free tier, no credit card. You only connect your own Slack workspace.
What do I need to connect?
Just Slack. Point your help desk or contact form at the workflow's webhook, connect Slack so tickets land in the right channel, and you're live. Discord, Telegram, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Jira and Linear swaps are available too.
How does the AI decide what's urgent?
Every ticket runs through TinyGPT, which reads the message and assigns a category and priority. An IF/ELSE node then branches on that priority — urgent tickets alert #support-urgent, everything else posts to #support-general. You control the classification prompt and the channels.
Can I customize the channels and rules?
Yes. After install, the workflow name, the urgent channel, the general channel, and the GPT classification prompt are all editable in your workspace. Add more branches or channels whenever your routing rules change.
Is this good for a small support team?
It's built for lean teams that live in Slack and don't want a heavyweight help-desk routing engine. One workflow triages every ticket the moment it arrives, so urgent issues surface instantly instead of sitting in a shared inbox.

Never miss an urgent ticket again.

Install the recipe, connect Slack, and let AI route every support request the moment it lands.
