Questions about the NPS survey recipe.

Is this NPS survey template free?
Yes. You can build and share the full survey (the 0–10 score, the conditional follow-ups, the overall rating, and the CRM sync) on the free tier, with no credit card. You only connect your own CRM.
What do I need to connect?
One CRM, HubSpot or Salesforce. Each completed response creates or updates the contact with their NPS score and written feedback, so loyalty data lives next to the rest of your customer record. Pipedrive, Freshdesk, Intercom, and Airtable swaps are available too.
Does it ask different questions to Detractors and Promoters?
Yes. The form branches on the 0–10 score: Detractors (0–6) get asked what went wrong, Promoters (9–10) get asked what they love, and Passives (7–8) get asked what would make you a 10, so every respondent answers the question that actually matters.
Can I customize the questions and the CRM mapping?
Yes: after install everything is editable in your workspace: the welcome screen, the score labels, each follow-up question, the overall rating, and which CRM field the score writes to. Nothing is locked.
