One topic in. Platform-ready posts out.

Submit a single topic and AI suggests sharper angles, writes copy sized for each platform, and generates a matching image for every post. Every draft lands in a table and pauses for one-click human approval — then auto-publishes to LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and your blog.

How it works

From topic to published, with a human gate.

  1. 01
    Capture the Content Brief

Share the published Content Brief Form with the marketing team or use it yourself. The form collects: - A topic or industry - Six AI-suggested angles (the form picks the sharpest one) - The content formats to generate (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Blog) - The voice and tone At submission, a workflow run fires automatically — no manual trigger needed.

  2. 02
    AI Suggests Sharper Angles

Before the user picks an angle, a GPT step takes their topic and returns six platform-aware angles tuned to the chosen tone. This prevents weak prompts from producing weak drafts. The user picks one angle and that becomes the source of truth for every downstream writer.

  3. 03
    Generate Per-Platform Copy

For each selected format, a dedicated GPT writer produces platform-tailored copy: - LinkedIn — 700–1300 character thought-leadership post - Facebook — page-style post with stronger CTA - X / Twitter — under 240 characters - Blog — full HTML article with H1, body, and inline cover image Each writer respects the brand voice notes configured at install.

  4. 04
    Generate Platform-Sized Images

Each platform that needs a hero image gets one generated automatically. By default gpt-image-1 produces: - 1536 × 1024 landscape (3:2) - Optimised for LinkedIn feed and Facebook link previews - No text overlays, no faces, no logos If you swap OpenAI for Fal.ai during install, the same prompts flow to a Fal model with a landscape_16_9 aspect ratio instead.

  5. 05
Save Every Draft to the Drafts Table

Every generated draft is written into the Content Drafts table: - topic - platform (linkedin / facebook / twitter / blog) - body text - image URL - hashtags (comma-separated) - status = pending - created_at (auto-stamped) This table becomes the single source of truth the approver reviews.

  6. 06
    Pause for Human Approval

The workflow pauses at a Human-in-the-Loop step. The approver receives a secure review link via Gmail (default — swap to Slack or Telegram at install). Opening the link shows every pending draft inline — body, image, hashtags. The approver clicks Approve or Reject once for the whole batch.

  7. 07
On Approve: Publish to Each Channel

When the approver clicks Approve, the workflow loops every pending draft and publishes it to the right channel: - LinkedIn — image post against your person or organization URN - Facebook — image post to the configured Page ID - X — tweet text - Medium or Ghost — full HTML article with the cover image embedded After each publish, the row is updated to published.

  8. 08
On Reject: Mark All Drafts Rejected

When the approver clicks Reject, the workflow marks every pending draft from this run as rejected. Nothing is posted. The history stays in the table so the team can review what was generated and refine the brief for next time.

What you walk away with
FAQ

Questions about the AI content engine.

Is the AI content engine free to start?
Yes. You can install the recipe — brief form, drafts table, and the generate-approve-publish workflow — and run it on the free tier with no credit card. You bring your own OpenAI key and connect the social accounts you want to publish to.
What do I need to connect?
OpenAI (to write copy and generate images), the channels you want to publish to — LinkedIn, Facebook Pages, X / Twitter, and Medium — plus Gmail to send the review link to your approver. You can swap image generation to Fal.ai, the review notification to Slack or Telegram, and the blog destination to Ghost.
Does a human review posts before they go live?
Always. The workflow pauses at a human-in-the-loop step and emails a secure review URL to your approver. The link shows every pending draft inline — copy, image, and hashtags — and the approver clicks Approve or Reject once for the whole batch. Nothing publishes without approval.
Can I customize the voice, images, and which platforms it writes for?
Yes. The brief form picks the formats to generate and the tone, brand voice notes are set at install, and the GPT writers and image prompts are all editable in your workspace afterward. Each platform gets copy sized for it — a 700–1300 character LinkedIn post, a punchier Facebook post, a sub-240-character tweet, and a full HTML blog article.
Is this good for a solo marketer or small content team?
It's built exactly for that. One person submits a topic, AI suggests sharper angles, and a single approval pushes the same idea — tailored — to every channel. No agency, no separate scheduler, and a full audit trail of every draft in the Content Drafts table.
