Zoho Desk helpdesk ticket actions
Zoho Desk is the helpdesk platform inside Zoho's broader business-app suite — popular with mid-market companies who already run Zoho CRM and want the support inbox in the same vendor. Tiny Command exposes five actions, no triggers (Zoho Desk has webhook configuration in Setup → Workflows → Webhooks; point them at a Tiny Command webhook trigger for ticket-created, ticket-updated, comment-added events): Create Ticket, Update Ticket, Get Ticket, List Tickets (with filter by status, channel, department, assignee), and Add Comment (public or internal note). The connection uses Zoho OAuth at organisation scope. Zoho Desk's data centre region matters — accounts in EU vs US vs IN have different API base URLs (desk.zoho.eu, desk.zoho.com, desk.zoho.in) and the connection picks the right one based on the OAuth flow's authorization URL. The department concept is the org-level routing primitive: a ticket belongs to a department (Sales, Support, Billing) and the team that owns that department gets assigned.
