Unipile

Unipile unified messaging across networks

Unipile is the unified-messaging API — a single API that connects to LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram DMs, Twitter DMs, Slack, and others, exposing all of them with one consistent shape. Useful for B2B outbound tools, multi-channel customer-support consoles, and cross-platform DM aggregators. Tiny Command exposes three actions, no triggers (Unipile delivers inbound message events via per-account webhooks; point at a Tiny Command webhook trigger URL): List Conversations (recent conversations across the connected accounts), List Messages (within a specific conversation), Send Message (post a new message via the right network — Unipile routes based on the conversation's account type). The connection uses a Unipile DSN (their connection-string format) plus per-account credentials added via the Unipile dashboard. The value is unification — instead of integrating five separate platform APIs (each with its own auth, rate limits, payload shape), integrate Unipile once and reach them all. The trade-off is one more layer of abstraction; for single-platform deep integration, going direct is better.

Actions

Do anything Unipile can do, from a workflow.

Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's an AI output, a form field, or a search result.

ActionWhat it does
List ConversationsLists conversations from accounts connected via Unipile (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, etc.) under a unified shape. The starting point for any cross-platform inbox or outreach automation.
List MessagesLists messages in a specific Unipile conversation across the connected account types. Combined with List Conversations, gives you a cross-platform message history view.
Send MessageSends a message through any messaging account connected via Unipile, hiding the per-provider differences behind a unified API. Most commonly used for LinkedIn DM automation.

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Filter at the trigger

Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.

Authorize once, reuse anywhere

Connect Unipile once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.

No JSON to read

Every Unipile field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.
