Tiny Command exposes three actions, no triggers (Telnyx delivers inbound SMS and call events via webhooks configured per-messaging-profile/call-control-app; point at a Tiny Command webhook trigger URL): Send SMS (single recipient with international routing), Make Call (initiate outbound voice via Telnyx's Call Control API), Get Message (status of a previously sent message). The connection uses a Telnyx API key from the portal. Telnyx's Call Control API is similar to Twilio's but uses webhook-driven call flow (your URL receives call events and POSTs back commands) rather than TwiML XML.
