LinkedIn personal and company page posting
LinkedIn on Tiny Command covers the posting and profile surface, useful for both individuals managing their professional presence and brands managing company pages. Eight actions handle the core: Create Post (a new feed post on the authenticated user's timeline), Create Post with Commentary (the API's richer post format supporting more media types), Share Post (reshare an existing post with a quote), Comment on Post, Get Authenticated User, Get Profile (any public profile by URN), List Connections, List Administered Organizations (every company page the user is an admin of). No triggers, LinkedIn doesn't emit webhook events publicly. The integration uses LinkedIn OAuth with the right scopes (w_member_social for personal posts, w_organization_social for company pages). Common patterns: a Notion content database row tagged "ready to publish" fires Create Post on the relevant LinkedIn account; or a Stripe big-deal Closed Won event auto-drafts a "we just signed X" celebration post that a human reviews before publishing.
Do anything LinkedIn can do, from a workflow.
Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's an AI output, a form field, or a search result.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Comment on LinkedIn Post | Posts a comment as the authenticated user (or organisation if connected as an org admin). For "react to mentions of our brand" or "engage with community" workflows. |
| Create LinkedIn Post | Publishes a personal-profile or company-page post with text body. For "cross-publish from blog to LinkedIn" content-distribution workflows. |
| Create LinkedIn Image Post | Publishes a post with commentary plus image media. For "auto-share product launches with the launch graphic" or "publish team announcements with photos" workflows. |
| Get Authenticated User | Returns the connected user's profile — name, headline, location, profile photo. Useful for "show me as who" introspection. |
| Get LinkedIn Profile | Returns a LinkedIn profile by member ID. Scope and accessible-profiles depend heavily on LinkedIn API access tier; most workflows can only fetch the connected user's own profile. |
| List Administered Organizations | Returns LinkedIn organisations (company pages) where the authenticated user has admin permissions. For resolving organisation IDs when publishing on behalf of a company page. |
| List LinkedIn Connections | Returns the authenticated user's connections (subject to LinkedIn API access tier — connection-list access has been restricted post-2015). For most workflows, this is unavailable. |
| Share LinkedIn Post | Re-shares an existing post to the authenticated user's feed. For "amplify team members' posts" or "auto-share our content from a brand account" workflows. |

Three things worth knowing.
Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.
Connect LinkedIn once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.
Every LinkedIn field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.
