ExchangeRate-API is a simple foreign-exchange rates API — get current FX rates between 160+ currencies, convert amounts, or pull historical rates. Tiny Command exposes two actions, no triggers: Get Exchange Rate (the latest rate for a currency pair), Convert Amount (convert a specific amount from one currency to another using current rates). The connection uses an ExchangeRate-API key from the dashboard. Multiple tiers: Free (1500 requests/month, daily-refreshed rates), Pro (more requests, hourly refresh, historical data), Business (real-time rates). For workflows that need FX for invoicing (convert customer's currency to billing currency), reporting (normalise multi-currency revenue), or pricing display (show prices in visitor's local currency), this is the standard tool. For sub-minute trading-grade FX, dedicated financial-data APIs (Alpha Vantage, Refinitiv) are appropriate; for everything else, ExchangeRate-API is plenty.
