CoinMarketCap
CoinMarketCap crypto price and ranking
CoinMarketCap is the original mainstream crypto-data platform — the brand most consumers recognise for "what's the price of Bitcoin". Now owned by Binance. Tiny Command exposes two actions, no triggers: Get Cryptocurrency Price (current quote for one or more coins), List Top Cryptocurrencies (paginated by market cap — the iconic "top 100 coins" view). The connection uses a CoinMarketCap API key from pro.coinmarketcap.com. The CMC vs CoinGecko choice comes down to: CMC has deeper market-cap analytics and the more recognisable consumer brand; CoinGecko has broader long-tail coverage and the trending-searches feature. For workflows that pull crypto data for display/dashboards/alerts, either works. The CMC API has multiple tiers (Free is heavily limited, Hobbyist+ is paid); evaluate pricing against the workflow's call volume before committing.
Do anything CoinMarketCap can do, from a workflow.
Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's an AI output, a form field, or a search result.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Get Cryptocurrency Price | Returns current price for one or more cryptocurrencies (by symbol or ID) in one or more conversion currencies. For "show me BTC in USD + EUR + ETH simultaneously" multi-currency display workflows. |
| List Top Cryptocurrencies | Returns paginated top coins by market cap with price, market cap, 24h volume, percent changes. The base data for "top 50 crypto leaderboard" dashboards or "alert when a coin enters/exits the top 100" workflows. |

Clone any recipe and customize it in one click. Every recipe is fully editable.
AI-triage every CoinMarketCap event, ping the right channel only when it matters.
Every event matching a filter, appended to a running spreadsheet.
Turn CoinMarketCap into a Notion-backed source of truth, auto-tagged.
Three things worth knowing.
Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.
Connect CoinMarketCap once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.
Every CoinMarketCap field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.
