Eventbrite

Eventbrite event, order, and attendee events

Eventbrite is the events-and-ticketing platform that runs everything from local meetups to 50,000-seat conferences. Tiny Command surfaces three lifecycle triggers — Event Published (the organiser pressed publish on a draft event), Order Placed (a ticket purchase, free or paid, has cleared), Attendee Updated (an existing attendee's profile/ticket-class/checkin-status changed) — plus three actions: List Events, Get Event, and List Attendees. The connection uses Eventbrite OAuth at user-or-organisation scope; the picker at trigger setup limits the event scope (a specific event ID or all events in an organisation). Order Placed is the workflow trigger most teams care about — its payload includes the order ID, the buyer profile, the line items (ticket class × quantity), the total and currency, and the answers to any registration questions you configured. Attendee Updated fires on the per-ticket record and is the hook for check-in workflows: when the on-site scanner marks an attendee as checked-in, the trigger fires and the workflow can update a Notion CRM record, push to a Slack #attendee-arrivals channel, etc.

Actions

Do anything Eventbrite can do, from a workflow.

Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's an AI output, a form field, or a search result.

ActionWhat it does
Get Eventbrite EventReturns an event by ID with full configuration — schedule, capacity, ticket classes, current ticket sales. The lookup for event-specific workflows or for inventorying upcoming events.
List Event AttendeesReturns paginated attendees for a specific event with name, email, ticket type, check-in status, custom-question answers. For "all attendees → sync to CRM" or "no-shows → send replay email" post-event workflows.
List Eventbrite EventsPaginated events for the connected organisation with status filters. Useful for "upcoming events this month" calendar feeds and for resolving event IDs at workflow setup.

Before you build

Three things worth knowing.

Filter at the trigger

Tiny Command counts a run the moment a trigger fires. Filtering early means only matching events spend your usage budget.

Authorize once, reuse anywhere

Connect Eventbrite once and every workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. You don't have to re-auth per workflow.

No JSON to read

Every Eventbrite field shows up in the visual picker for downstream nodes. The raw payload is there for power users, optional for everyone else.

If we missed yours, ping support. We usually reply within an hour.

How do I connect Eventbrite to Tiny Command?
Open the Tiny Command workflow builder, drop in a Eventbrite node, and click Connect. Authorize Eventbrite once and any workflow on your account can use its triggers and actions. Most teams finish the connection in under two minutes.
What Eventbrite triggers does Tiny Command support?
Tiny Command supports 3 real-time Eventbrite triggers, including "Eventbrite Attendee Updated", "Eventbrite Event Published", "Eventbrite Order Placed". Each trigger fires within seconds of the event happening in Eventbrite.
What Eventbrite actions can I run from a workflow?
3 Eventbrite actions are available out of the box, covering calendar & scheduling operations like "Get Eventbrite Event". Every action accepts dynamic inputs from upstream nodes, whether that's a search result, an AI output, or a form field.
Is the Eventbrite integration real-time?
Yes. Eventbrite Attendee Updated and every other Eventbrite trigger uses webhooks or push subscriptions, so workflows fire within seconds of the event in Eventbrite rather than on a polling schedule.
Do I need to write code to use Eventbrite with Tiny Command?
No. Every Eventbrite trigger and action is fully configurable from the visual workflow builder. For edge cases that aren't covered, drop in a custom HTTP node and call any Eventbrite API endpoint directly.
How much does the Eventbrite integration cost?
There's a free tier you can start on without a credit card. Higher run volumes and team features come with paid plans. The Eventbrite integration itself has no per-app surcharge.
